Concierge eldercare means having one expert point of contact to manage everything—medical, legal, home care, cognitive support, and more. Appian’s Care Advocates coordinate all aspects of aging-related needs, so families don’t have to juggle.

What does membership cost?
Memberships typically begin around $1,000 per month. After your discovery call, we’ll recommend the level of support that fits your family best.

Do you replace my current doctors, advisors, or caregivers?
Not at all. We coordinate, simplify, and amplify the team you already trust. When you need a new specialist, home nurse, or geriatrician, we open the right doors—referral-fee-free.

Can you help with dementia or cognitive decline?
Yes. We support families navigating early signs of dementia, Alzheimer’s, or cognitive change. This includes connecting with neurologists, supporting in-home evaluations, and coordinating memory care plans.

What about assisted living or independent living communities?
Appian supports members no matter where they live. Whether you're aging at home, in independent living, or in assisted living, we ensure the right support is in place and family is kept in the loop.

Can you help if I live in another state from my parent?
Description goes hereYes. Many of our members are adult children managing care from afar. We act as your on-the-ground presence, coordinating everything from housecalls to hospital visits and keeping you informed every step of the way.

Do you offer housecalls or in-home care?
We don’t employ nurses ourselves, but we do coordinate vetted in-home providers, physical therapy, home safety evaluations, and medical housecalls through trusted partners.

How private is my information?
Very. We follow HIPAA guidelines, use encrypted platforms for communication and recordkeeping, and never share or sell your data.

Where do you operate?
We currently serve members in Los Angeles, with New York City and South Florida launching soon. Remote concierge support is available nationwide. Our Sollis Health alliance offers virtual medical access across the country.

What if my needs change mid-year?
Support scales up or down as life evolves. We adjust your membership accordingly—no hoops, no hidden fees.

Can I cancel?
Memberships come with a six-month commitment. After that, you’re free to cancel any time. We’ll refund the unused portion of your annual fee. (Full details are in your Service Agreement.)
